The Swiss Water Decaf Process offers an environmentally friendly, chemical-free method, achieving 99.9% caffeine-free coffee while preserving great taste. Beginning with soaking green coffee beans in hot water to create Green Coffee Extract (GCE), this process rehydrates the beans, removes impurities, and initiates caffeine extraction. GCE circulates for 8-10 hours, removing 99.9% of caffeine. A proprietary carbon filter system then extracts caffeine from GCE, and the separated carbon is incinerated for reuse.
